Exchange & Returns

At SHWETANGA, every garment is made to order and crafted specifically after your order has been confirmed. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns for confirmed orders. We therefore encourage customers to carefully review all product details, size selections, and order information before completing their purchase.

1. No Exchange or Return

All confirmed orders are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

As each garment is individually produced for the customer, we request that you carefully review the product description, measurements, size selection, colour, and all other order details before placing your order.

2. Alterations

If an alteration is required, SHWETANGA may, at its sole discretion, assist with alteration requests where reasonably feasible based on the garment design and construction.

Customers requesting alterations should contact us as soon as possible after receiving their order.

Unless otherwise agreed by SHWETANGA, any courier, shipping, or related costs associated with the alteration process shall be borne by the customer.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, has a manufacturing defect, or is different from the item ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@shwetanga.com or aman@shwetanga.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Eligible claims will be reviewed by our team. If approved, SHWETANGA will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or another suitable remedy in accordance with applicable law.

4. Cancellation and Refund

Once an order has been confirmed, production of the made-to-order garment begins shortly thereafter. Accordingly, cancellations cannot be accepted after order confirmation.

Refunds are not available for confirmed made-to-order purchases except where required under applicable law or where SHWETANGA determines that a refund is appropriate in accordance with this policy.
