Orders

Yes. Every SHWETANGA garment is made to order and crafted specifically after your order has been confirmed. This allows us to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship while reducing unnecessary inventory and waste.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@shwetanga.com. Once production has begun, we may not be able to accommodate any modifications.

As all our garments are made to order, production begins shortly after order confirmation. Therefore, cancellations cannot be accepted once your order has been confirmed.

No. SHWETANGA currently accepts prepaid orders only.

Shipping & Delivery

Since every garment is made to order, orders are generally dispatched within 10–15 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the courier partner.

Yes. We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.

Yes. We ship internationally to selected destinations.

International shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines are displayed during checkout.

Please note that international orders may be shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, and any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details, where available.

Each product page includes a detailed size guide to help you select the most suitable size.

If you require further assistance, our team will be happy to guide you before you place your order.

We make every effort to display our garments as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations in colour may occur due to individual screen settings. As our garments are handcrafted and made to order, minor variations in print placement, texture, or finishing are a natural part of the production process and enhance the uniqueness of each piece.

If custom sizing is available for a particular garment, it will be mentioned on the product page.

Alterations, Exchanges & Returns

As every SHWETANGA garment is made to order, we do not accept exchanges or returns once an order has been confirmed.

Please review all product details and sizing carefully before placing your order.

Where reasonably feasible, SHWETANGA may assist with alteration requests based on the garment design and construction.

Customers are requested to contact us as soon as possible after receiving their order. Courier and shipping charges associated with alterations are generally borne by the customer.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@shwetanga.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Eligible claims will be reviewed by our team, and an appropriate resolution may include repair, replacement, or another suitable remedy in accordance with our policies.

Payments

We accept secure prepaid payments through the payment options available during checkout, including major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, EMI (where available), and other payment methods supported by our payment gateway.

Yes. All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateway providers. SHWETANGA does not store complete payment card details on its own servers.
