These Terms & Conditions (""Terms"") govern your access to and use of the SHWETANGA website (""Website"") and the purchase of products available through the Website. By accessing or using the Website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

All garments offered by SHWETANGA are made to order. Production begins after an order has been confirmed.

As each garment is prepared specifically for the customer, you are requested to carefully review the product details, measurements, size selection, delivery timeline, and other order information before placing your order.

Product details, including fabric, colour, components, care instructions, estimated delivery time, and other specifications, are provided on the relevant product page.

3. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once an order has been successfully placed and confirmed, it is scheduled for production.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including sizing, shipping information, and contact details, are accurate before completing the purchase.

SHWETANGA reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where required due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, product availability, or other legitimate business reasons.

4. EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

As all SHWETANGA garments are made to order, exchanges and returns are not accepted once an order has been confirmed.

5. ALTERATIONS

If an alteration is required, SHWETANGA may, at its sole discretion, assist with alteration requests where reasonably feasible based on the garment design and construction.

Customers requesting alterations should contact us as soon as possible after receiving their order.

Unless otherwise agreed by SHWETANGA, any courier, shipping, or related costs associated with alterations shall be borne by the customer.

6. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order has been confirmed, production of the made-to-order garment begins shortly thereafter. Accordingly, cancellations cannot be accepted after order confirmation.

Refunds are not available for confirmed made-to-order purchases except where required under applicable law or where SHWETANGA determines that a refund is appropriate in accordance with its policies.

7. PRODUCT INFORMATION

SHWETANGA makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all product information displayed on the Website is accurate.

Product details may include information such as fabric, colour, components, design details, care instructions, and estimated delivery timelines.

As products are individually made to order and may involve handcrafted or printed fabrics, slight variations in print placement, colour, texture, or finishing may naturally occur and should not be considered defects.

8. TAXES AND DUTIES

For Customers in India

All prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

For International Customers

International orders are generally shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.

Product prices do not include import duties, customs duties, VAT, GST, or other taxes imposed by the destination country.

The recipient is solely responsible for paying any such duties, taxes, customs charges, or clearance fees required by local authorities before delivery.

9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

SHWETANGA ships internationally to selected destinations.

International shipping charges, where applicable, will be communicated during checkout.

Delivery timelines for international shipments are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. WEBSITE INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information available on the Website is accurate and up to date.

However, product descriptions, pricing, availability, colours, images, delivery timelines, and other Website content may occasionally contain inaccuracies or may be updated without prior notice.

While we strive to keep the Website available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

The Website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. PRICING AND TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

Although we make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and other Website information are accurate, errors may occasionally occur.

SHWETANGA reserves the right to correct any pricing, typographical, or informational errors without prior notice.

If an order has been placed based on incorrect pricing or information, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue an appropriate refund where payment has already been received.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SHWETANGA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Website or the purchase or use of any products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. FORCE MAJEURE

SHWETANGA shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, fires, pandemics, strikes, transportation disruptions, customs delays, government actions, war, civil unrest, or failures of communication networks.

16. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or any purchase made through the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.

SHWETANGA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
